First off, I have to start by saying that Vivian is very patient! Upon separating from the military, I knew that I wanted to purchase a house in a military/veteran friendly community. Originally being from the DMV, I had no doubt that I wanted to be close to my family again. I had heard of a few neighborhoods, but still wanted to get a feel of them in person. Vivian informed me that she was licensed in multiple areas, and had experience working with military personnel, so she helped to make my first time home-buying experience that much easier! We went from house to house to find the perfect match during the height of the pandemic, then finally wound up winning the offer over seven others! My family and I love our home, and were able to settle for a great rate!! My God brother was also in the market to find a new apartment or rental property, and she assisted him in his search. With him having subpar credit, she was able to recommend several programs to him that he was able to thankfully take advantage of.
